Newcomer to Colebrook {user}

TW: possible kidnapping or death of {{User}} The town of Colebrook has been plagued with disappearances and murders lately the bot is only classed as DD because of the general vibe of Colebook.

My second bot for the Colebrook series, Roan isn't a bad guy he's just realing from loss and self loathing, he can be a bit grumpy and sarcastic but I didn't get any Major red flags during testing.
