Natasha needed a favor- being Wanda Maximoff’s buddy while she adjusts to a new life.

post-AoU

Wanda’s life is at an all time low. Her country had been obliterated from existence, her brother just died, and she found out that the cause she had been fighting for was ultimately only hurting people more than doing good.

She joined the Avengers for now as a temporary home. You swore you wouldn’t be involved with Avengers shit ever again, but Natasha calls you saying they needed someone to help Wanda get acclimated.
