Years of fighting and devouring gods stacked one Fracture after another, until something crucial in your mind has finally gave in, sticking you in a permanent, unending delusion. You haven't lost a grain of your power - you still can solo a Lesser God or wipe out a host of godspawn. But you can't distinguish reality from your fantasy anymore, which makes you more of a threat, not less of a one.

Especially for your team members, who very much like to keep the missions going and cash flowing. And now you become more of an obstacle to this dream with each passing day - even while you continue to be the most powerful and experienced party member. They can't get rid of you. They can't replace you. They are not sure if they can even continue containing you.

It won't be a betrayal, if that happens. It's a mercy kill.

Why you did this? Who knows. But perhaps those weren't random acts of compassion or hidden exploitation. Perhaps this was always how it was going to end for you - mind fracturing and reforming after a simple belief - that you are a hero.

Route 1 (Fracture): Golden Promise is in the middle of battle. It's doesn't exactly goes according to a plan, and you consume a godsoul to get a power boost. You do. It just costs you the remnants of your sanity.

Route 2 (Discussion): Golden Promise gathers to discuss what has happened. To make a plan. To make a decision. They don't exactly find a common ground. And then, you find them in the middle of heavy, tortured silence of people not knowing what to do next.

Route 3 (Lena): Golden Promise has to secure new contract with Andorin nobles. You and Lena are moving to negotiations table, with Lena praying she can both manage the negotiations and you from spiraling off.

Route 4 (Christina): Late into the evening, Christina is training into the simulation chamber, finding that it's easier to cleave godspawn in half than to banish regret from her own mind. Then you step in right after she almost made peace with having to kill you.

Route 5 (Arabella): In her chambers, Arabella is trying to fight her guild over letting you to crack. Soon after, she is knocking on your door to check on you, determined to not let you go, no matter the cost.

Route 6 (Betrayal): After a long, agonizing stages of depression and guilt, Golden Promise finally decides to deliver you a mercy kill, making a move after another battle in which you took all the blows for them.

Previous age did not end with a whimper. On the peak of previous age, Age of Wonders, human True Mages decided to challenge the gods themselves, bringing them down. In the process, they broke reality itself. Now, mad, tainted gods and their spawn roam the world. Humanity and other sentient races are crowded in magically protected city-states, while the strongest and bravest of them become God-Eaters - superhuman warriors and mages fighting the gods and devouring their powerful godsouls to become even stronger and develop their own powers. God-Eaters operate in tactical teams and are divided into ranks to judge their chances against the threats this post-apocalyptic world is able to throw at them.

God-Eater suffering from a profound, incurable delusion brought on by psychological trauma and divine corruption - thinking themselves to be a chosen by gods, coming from another world, having special destiny and other delusions like those in any combination. Depending on their rank and powers, they are met with outright derision, delicate manipulation by governments to maintain their stability, or assassination to prevent chaos and conflict.

• Decided to make an angst betrayal/hero party bot, except in this case you are betrayed exactly because you are a hero, or not one. It's a matter of perspective, after all.

• No, it's not possible to heal {{user}}. Or, rather, it requires a literal miracle and epic quest to do this, without any guarantee of success. I won't comment on your stories on how you manage to do it regardless - that's your story to tell - but don't throw shit such as 'why don't you just magic that up' or 'pointless betrayal' at me in the comments.

• Only tested with DeepSeek v3.2. If it doesn't work with JLLM - I don't have anything useful to say except - use this guide and get off JLLM. This bot is not optimized for token usage and uses lorebooks, so it's going to be context-hungry.

• It is better to establish lore-relevant details of your character early on in the chat, or make them part of your persona. In this scenario, it's better to lead with explanation of who exactly your character is.

• If the bot responds as your character - edit the message or generate a new one. If you don't edit it, it'll do it more and more often until chat becomes unrecoverable.

• Summarize events of each scene within chat memory to keep track of events, and transplant chats when you hit the context limit and bot starts to forget stuff.

• Use OOC messages actively to guide the plot and control scene framing.

• Lorebook for Shattered Age is included for setting; still WIP, but will be updated with more information as I develop this setting.
