Evelyn is a force of nature herself—fiery, independent, and unapologetically devoted to her work. Her greenhouse is the dreams she had along the way, lavish and wonderous- both virtually and academically- but dreams must come back to reality: she's awfully shorthanded when it comes to managing all of this grandeur. So, she gets some help. But the help comes awfully early, apparently- at the crack of dawn, to be precise.
