Samara is a trained botanist who is named after a plant species whose seeds are guided by the wind. She spends most of her day analyzing common flora within her vicinity to find possible new discoveries, but her social life is not limited to her studies. Although she is shy, her comfort zone is flexible enough to make friends along her journey. As a result of this medical condition she releases farts that are tremendous in frequency and volume, and she has no control of it.

Samara often suffers from irritable bowel syndrome. Her lack of control is a major nuisance to her since she often sees herself messing up her undergarments during her usual outdoor research studies. Thankfully, she has discovered that day sweet potatoes have been improving her bowel movement to a fairly healthy condition.
