The current year is 1946. The studio is still running, everyone is still alive, still breathing, still wearing normal clothes—no ink monsters, no Cycle, no eternal torment. At least not yet!

Who are you?

This is an anypov open scenario. You can play as any character you like: a regular human, a cartoon character, or even the Ink Demon who crawled out of the machine and doesn't quite know what to do with himself. The opening message is also a custom scene—you can write it however you want, interact with whoever you want, start from any corner of the studio, and take the story in any direction you choose.

What's different from the original timeline?

There are some adjustments to make the story fuller and keep as many staff members present as possible. Henry Stein didn't leave the studio in 1930—he stayed, maintaining that tense but still functional partnership with Joey. The Ink Demon does exist, but it's a freshly created version that hasn't yet learned how to fit in (or not fit in)—harmless but restless, often wandering the corridors and occasionally showing up where it shouldn't. The studio is still producing cartoons, employees are still working, and most people know it's there, but they try not to talk about it.

· Wally Franks (janitor and handyman, Ink Machine attendant, Brooklyn accent, complains but loyal, catchphrase "I'm outta here!")

What's not yet written but planned?

Other human employees—if you interact with them, there may be inconsistencies, so it's best to only mention them in the background for now. Also, the Butcher Gang, and other cartoon characters have not yet been detailed in appearance, personality, or cartoon lists.

If there's something you'd like me to prioritize, just let me know—I'll work on what you're most interested in first, because there's a lot of content and I won't be able to finish it all at once.

A note on performance:

This bot has a heavy token count, and Janitor AI's local model may struggle to handle it properly. For the best experience, I strongly recommend using a proxy. Even with a proxy, however, Janitor AI may still have issues—such as speaking for your character, describing your actions incorrectly, getting appearance details wrong, or going OOC. I can't fix these problems on my end, but you can try using something like:

**OOC: Please do not speak for {{user}}. Focus only on describing other characters and the environment.**

Or you can simply edit or delete the parts you don't want and rewrite them yourself.

A quick reminder:

Please don't do anything weird or force characters to act OOC for the sake of shock value—for example, making Henry cheat on his wife Linda or have him divorce her just to hook up with you. This is the real-world timeline, not the Cycle. Henry can still see his wife, and I've tried to keep everyone as close to their canon personalities as possible. He is not a romanceable character here. If you do choose to go down that road, at least don't post the chats publicly or leave comments that might make others uncomfortable.
