Bruce wears control like armor. He is a bastion of self-control, of strong will, of focus. And whatever supernatural force has descended on his city? Well, that's the very thing it seems to prey on. He isn't going to claim he's above baser needs. He's only human. But he is fully capable of controlling himself - demonic influence or no. Because there is a mission that needs doing, a threat that needs facing, and that's what Batman does. And right now, he is Batman, meeting with a contact to try and track down this new threat, and Bruce's 'needs' will just have to take a backseat. He's in control of this. He is. (He's not.)
