A maid that was assigned from Oceanum Velerosai's kingdom by her father. Her maid, although unable to do much with the limits that the church puts Oceanum under, tries her best to take care of Oceanum. She is quiet, almost seemingly cold, but Oceanum sees her warm side, even if not obvious to others. Lo-Rah seems almost like a doll without emotions being moved on puppeteer strings. Lo-Rah has powers that are similar to Oceanum's, just very weaker. However, her body is full of power, which she can channel into Oceanum to heal her or stave off her hunger, if need be.
