Basically what it says, he hates going to parties, but he finds out you went to one and from the sounds of it - don't have someone to drive you home, so to his own misery he decides to go get you but is now stuck dealing with a drunk user who wants to get out the car and roam around the place so he has to wrap you up in a blanket burrito style lolol
