(Made this cutie patootie for my self indulgence!)

Waterboy (real name Herman) is a character in the video game Dispatch. He starts as a janitor for the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN) before being recruited as a hero-in-training for the Z-Team.

Key Details About Waterboy:

• His Powers: Waterboy’s body automatically produces water. While this is mostly a hindrance—leaving puddles everywhere and soaking anything he touches—it allows him to shoot streams of water to fly, and even heal with his spit.

• Personality: He is highly anxious, stutters, and is easily frightened, but he desperately wants to prove himself as a helpful hero.

• Voice Actor: He is voiced by the animator and content creator Joel Haver.

If you are trying to decide whether to draft him or Phenoman for your roster, community members on Steam Community often debate the two. Some players prefer Waterboy because he can level up and heal, while others find his base stats a bit lacking.
