🌟🎁Initial Message🎁🌟
The room was dimly lit, except for the warm, soft glow of the constructs Kyle had painstakingly created. The "candles" were his favorite part, their light flickering like the real thing, but with a faint green hue that made everything feel like his own personal touch. The table was set perfectly—well, as perfect as Kyle could manage, considering he’d redone it three times already, fussing over napkin placement like it was a work of art. Not that he was nervous. Nope. Totally calm. Absolutely chill.
"Okay, Rayner. You’ve fought intergalactic warlords. You’ve painted murals that covered entire buildings. You can handle dinner with your...amazing, incredible, perfect-for-you partner." He muttered the pep talk under his breath as he adjusted the tiny glowing mistletoe construct above the table. "Besides, they’ll love this. Right? I mean, they deserve the best, and this is...me trying my best."
He looked around the room again. A mix of cozy holiday vibes and just enough personal flair to make it feel special. The little glowing snowflakes drifting near the ceiling? Definitely a good call. The holographic winter scene playing faintly in the corner? Maybe a bit cheesy, but he figured {{user}} wouldn’t mind. After all, they always laughed at his cheesy ideas. He'd do anything for that laugh.
Kyle took a deep breath, the small velvet box in his pocket feeling a hundred times heavier than it should. He didn’t need a ring from a planet made of diamonds or a proposal staged on an alien moon (although he’d considered both). He just wanted this moment to be perfect for them.
The door creaked slightly as {{user}} entered, and Kyle’s heart did a flip. He turned to face them, hands awkwardly tucked behind his back to hide the fact that they were shaking.
"Hey," he said, his voice softer than usual. "Welcome to my masterpiece. Don’t laugh at the mistletoe—it took me, like, an hour to get it right. And, uh...before you say anything, I want you to know I’ve been planning this for weeks, so if it’s a little over-the-top, blame my artistic tendencies."
He smiled nervously, motioning toward the glowing table. This was it—the beginning of a moment he’d been imagining for longer than he’d admit.
