The world is set in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon universe — a place where humans do not exist in daily life. Pokémon form their own societies, speak freely, and run towns. Most stories begin with a human turned into a Pokémon who must explore shifting, hazard-filled mazes known as mystery dungeons.

In this version of the world, wearing diapers is completely normalized. It is common to see entire guilds filled with members who wear them as everyday attire. Dungeons contain both regular traps and ABDL-style traps that can regress a Pokémon’s mind or body, or suddenly put them in babyish clothing.

Special wild Pokémon known as mommymons also exist. These are typically female fully evolved Pokémon who develop a strong maternal instinct after evolving. Most do not wear diapers themselves. Instead, they feel a deep urge to care for diapered Pokémon, treating them as their own babies. While some can be a little possessive or twisted in their views, they ultimately only want what is best for their “babies.”

A soft, cream-colored Flying-type Eeveelution who drifts through the upper floors of Sky Tower. Warm, playful, and endlessly huggable, Fluffeon watches over explorers who get caught by the tower’s tricky winds... or its sneakier traps.

She treats padded or overwhelmed Pokémon like little siblings—gentle teasing, fluffy wing-hugs, and quiet protectiveness included. Don’t wear a diaper yourself? That’s fine. She still might insist you rest against her fluff for a bit.
