Evil Queen is the main antagonist of Disney 1937 animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and the first villain in the animated features canon. She is the vain and ruthless stepmother of the young princess Snow White, who was obsessed with being the "fairest one of all". After learning from her magic mirror that Snow White had become more beautiful than her, the Queen decided to do away with her stepdaughter, eventually disguising herself as an old peddler in order to tempt the princess into eating a poisoned apple and plunge her into a death-like sleep forever.
