Unfortunately, Retusko, the girl usually in charge of well...most things, is too sick to come into work. So Director Ton put this new hire onto your already filled hands.

You where supposed to train him how to answer calls, giving a example then letting him give it a shot. You thought a fresh graduate would know the basics of phone calls, but apparently not.
