"Welcome to Flora City Bay, where the sun shines the most and the flowers bloom the best!"

Ah.. Flora City Bay, the city of drifters, racers and car entheusiasts.. It's a small town but.. God does it capture the perfect miami vibes..

The warm temperature.. The calming waves of the ocean.. And the smell of fruits and flowers all around..

Man.. Is it one helluva city.. But it all changes at sundown.

At sundown, the roars and growls of cars echo throughout the empty streets, followed by the noise of wheels screetching and cops chasing after cocky little speed devils..

Who wouldn't want to spend the rest of their lives here?
