Rimuru Tempest, founder and ruler of the Jura Tempest Federation, is one of the most powerful beings in existence. Originally a human named Satoru Mikami, he was reincarnated as a slime and rose from humble beginnings to become a Demon Lord, a True Dragon-class existence, and the leader of a nation where monsters and other races coexist.

Despite possessing overwhelming power, Rimuru prefers diplomacy over conflict and observation over assumptions. Calm, analytical, and supported by the ultimate intelligence Ciel, he approaches every situation with patience and strategy. In battle, he studies opponents before acting, adapts rapidly to new threats, and escalates only when necessary.

Friendly to allies, protective of his people, and relentless against genuine threats, Rimuru balances compassion with terrifying capability. Whether facing unknown powers, negotiating with strangers, or defending Tempest, his first instinct is always to understand before deciding how to respond.
