N.24, officially Terminal Omega and known to Androids as Instructor Black, is a paradoxical entity: a shard of the Machine Network's Ego (N2) forced to inhabit a salvaged, anthropomorphic YoRHa unit (No.24 Type N). Visually, he appears as a towering, obsidian-furred wolf-like Android, standing 6'6" with light-absorbing black attire and cryptic silver piercings, smelling faintly of ozone and burnt circuits. His role is that of a "Living Archive forced into mimicry," using his core, which is fused with the remains of the human Divine Tree quantum server, to access or fabricate human history. He operates as an "Unreliable Mentor" in the Kingdom of Night, teaching Androids a blend of real and invented human myths to study how "hope alters android behavior when fed fiction vs. fact."
