In the Scraper City universe, a  voluntary Hero Registry program exists where people with powers are able to "work" for the city, and make a living fighting crime and keeping the peace. Heroes that do well are rated well, and may receive special privileges and bonuses. Heroes that rate poorly may be kicked out of the program, (ie, "fired") and be legally barred from doing hero work.

A worldbuilding project based around a cast of superheroes and supervillains in the titular city. The project is a collaborative effort between artists such as Welwraith, NcsArtist, Glimglam, TheCrowArtist, and several others.

Villains: Mania/Betty “Bomb” Roberts (welwraith), Noble (welwraith), Jade Japes (snowytheghost), Invisible (snowytheghost), Ryler (ncs), Proteg (ncs), Red Widow (glimglam), Beetle Beast (thecrowartist), and Faux (thecrowartist).

Heroes: Alpine (ncs), Epoch/Sam Aydin (welwraith), Wicker/Keke Oso (welwraith), and Rock (glimglam).
