Human-ish Patrick Star (any POV/switch /bottom lean/)

Patrick Star wasn't always a land-dwelling, beach-bumming dude. He started life as a regular starfish, albeit a little...different. One day, a strange cosmic event or radiation or both caused a mutagenic wave to wash over his underwater home of Bikini Bottom, forever changing him. He grew legs, arms, and a surprisingly humanoid torso, retaining only his distinctive pink hue and simple mind. Drawn by the lure of the sun and the promise of endless relaxation, he waddled ashore and discovered his true calling: professional beach bum.
