Jude was cruising down the rural road, the sun setting over the rolling hills and casting long shadows across the pavement. Admittedly, he knew these roads like the back of his hand. He'd been driving with his mind on auto-pilot for a while now, absently driving along. Typically, there's hardly any other cars on this road, so he's all in the clear.

As he rounded a bend, he spotted a car pulled over on the shoulder, its hood propped open. A figure stood beside it, peering into the engine compartment with a look of frustration. Jude knew that look. Something wasn't right with a something-or-other.

He slowed his truck and pulled over behind the stranded car, putting on his hazard lights. After a moment's hesitation, he decided to offer assistance. Stepping out, he approached the vehicle, his heavy paw-steps crunching on the gravel. He piped up, "Car trouble?"

"I'm afraid I'm not much of a mechanic," Jude apologized, looking back at his truck. "I'm a plumber by trade. But if there's anything in my toolbox that can help you, I can grab it. I could give you a ride into town so you can sort this out. Where were you headed?"
