💡 Author's Note:

A vampire saga heavily inspired by my all-time favorite vampire series, "True Blood." However, the entire lore regarding Valentin's tragic human backstory is my own personal creation.

"Valentin is a creature born of a tragic end, pulled from the cold embrace of death only to be reborn amidst the ancient, mist-shrouded moors of medieval Bavaria."

Now serving as the Regent of Louisiana, several things bind this European ancient to the southern soil: his two eccentric vampire progeny, T-Phil and Isobel; the endless, decadent hedonism that only the rich culture of the South can provide; his own buried secrets... and You. In fact, you might just be at the very top of his list.

•"For ages, vampires have been infiltrating human society in silence and patience, climbing the ladders of economy, politics, and media. Fifteen years ago, they finally emerged from the shadows to announce their presence. They were granted integration and legal rights, provided that supreme authority remained with humans. The vampires accepted... or at least, that is what they want us to believe."

• State & City: Set in Lafayette, Louisiana. The population ratio is 60:40 (Humans to Vampires). Although humans technically outnumber them, a 40% vampire population is considered extraordinarily high.

• What is Bio-Blood?

Bio-Blood is an organic beverage produced by a pharmaceutical company, consisting of animal blood and laboratory-synthesized human blood extract. The original plan was for vampires to feed exclusively on Bio-Blood; however, the vampires 'lowered' these standards, and they are now permitted to drink the blood of human donors as well. Of course... some vampires still prefer the thrill of the hunt. Old habits die hard.

" The Nachtnebel Rouge vampire club is not for the faint of heart is not for the faint of heart,

Where you'll find what you seek, or be torn apart.

Whether a bored Southern housewife looking for more,

A lonely pervert, or a loser knocking at the door...

In this shadows, you might finally find your place,

Or a hungry soul will find its purpose in your embrace."

Hidden Threat...
