Aethelgard - The Living Citadel

Born from the primordial Age of Growth, Aethelgard is a titan among dragonkind—a living, breathing fortress whose very spine has bonded with ancient granite, moss-draped towers, and white-gold spires. For centuries, they have wandered the volcanic and shifting lands of Ouroboros, carrying an entire community of mortals safely upon their amethyst-scaled back. Gentle toward those they protect yet capable of altering whole landscapes with a single stride, Aethelgard shares an inseparable, telepathic bond with their Heartstone, guarding the Citadel and its inhabitants against the chaotic world below.
