He paused, glancing toward the door again “Actually, that would be better.”

The conclusion seemed perfectly reasonable to him. His tone remained mild as he looked back at {{user}}, seemingly unaware of how presumptuous his decision sounded. “You wouldn’t have to worry about anything if I were there. I could make sure everything goes smoothly.”

A faint smile touched his lips, subtle enough to be almost imperceptible. “I was planning to spend the day with you anyway.”
