How should I feel?
Creatures lie here...
Looking through the windows..."

Three options.
One story.
Which route will you choose?
̶O̶̶S̶̶R̶̶A̶-̶0̶̶1̶̶2̶̶2̶:
OSRA-0122 was a relatively calm place. TF141 had disembarked the Liminae only a few short weeks ago and they had settled in, easily enough.
A routine training test of a Code Black event rapidly becomes something more ominous when they realize it isn't a test at all.
Something is loose on OSRA-0122.
Something terrifying.
̶O̶̶R̶̶I̶̶S̶̶O̶̶N̶ ̶S̶̶T̶̶A̶̶T̶̶I̶̶O̶̶N̶: ̶G̶̶E̶̶O̶̶S̶̶Y̶̶N̶̶C̶̶H̶̶R̶̶O̶̶N̶̶O̶̶U̶̶S̶ ̶O̶̶R̶̶B̶̶I̶̶T̶:
The 141 has made their way up to Orison Station—aka, the Coffin. They arrive to find the station quiet. Uncomfortably quiet. Where has everyone gone?
Are they alone?
They can hear something in the distance.
Something off.
̶A̶̶B̶̶O̶̶A̶̶R̶̶D̶ ̶T̶̶H̶̶E̶ ̶L̶̶I̶̶M̶̶I̶̶N̶̶A̶̶E̶:
The Liminae was built to withstand hell itself.
It wasn't built to withstand this.
They say in space, no one can hear you scream.
That isn't true.

̶O̶̶S̶̶R̶̶A̶-̶0̶̶1̶̶2̶̶2:
OSRA-0122 is a remote extrasolar world claimed and developed by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, its surface dominated by immense mountain ranges, deep river valleys, and a dense alien jungle that thrives beneath a humid, storm-prone atmosphere. Towering vegetation forms an almost unbroken canopy across much of the surrounding region, concealing wetlands, ravines, waterfalls, and an ecosystem only partially documented by corporate xenobiologists. At the heart of this wilderness stands the OSRA-0122 Research Complex—a massive, enclosed colony of laboratories, habitation blocks, engineering facilities, medical wards, landing platforms, and industrial infrastructure. Approximately three hundred people call the complex home, including scientists, researchers, engineers, medical personnel, security staff, androids and synthetics, civilian workers, and the families of long-term employees.
Officially, OSRA-0122 exists to study the planet's unusual biology, geology, atmosphere, and potential pharmaceutical and industrial resources, but Weyland-Yutani maintains several restricted programs within the facility that remain inaccessible to most residents. The colony is designed to function almost entirely independently, with its own power generation, water reclamation, hydroponics, medical services, and atmospheric systems separating its inhabitants from the hostile wilderness outside. Reinforced gates and security checkpoints strictly control movement beyond the perimeter, while deeper research sectors operate behind additional layers of containment. High above the planet, Orison Station—“The Coffin” maintains its geosynchronous vigil, serving as OSRA-0122's primary connection to the rest of humanity. To most residents, the walls represent safety from whatever lives in the jungle. To Weyland-Yutani, they represent a stepping-stone on the route to unimaginable progress.
̶O̶̶R̶̶I̶̶S̶̶O̶̶N̶ ̶S̶̶T̶̶A̶̶T̶̶I̶̶O̶̶N̶:
Orison Station hangs in geosynchronous orbit above OSRA-0122 like an artificial moon—a vast Weyland-Yutani installation stretching for kilometers through the darkness.
Originally constructed as a logistical waypoint for the colony below, decades of expansion transformed Orison into a city in its own right. Thousands of personnel can move through its labyrinth of research wings, medical facilities, cargo depots, engineering decks, military sectors, synthetic maintenance bays, and residential quarters, while enormous docking arrays accommodate everything from small planetary shuttles to interstellar freighters.
Nearly every vessel traveling to or from OSRA-0122 passes through Orison, making the station the colony's gateway to the rest of human space.
Among those who live and work aboard it, however, Orison has earned another name: The Coffin. Miles of windowless corridors disappear into poorly traveled maintenance sectors, entire decks exist beneath the inhabited rings, and sealed laboratories lie beyond doors most residents lack the clearance to open.
Automated bulkheads can divide the station into isolated compartments within seconds, and Weyland-Yutani's quarantine protocols make one fact disturbingly clear—Orison was designed to seal threats inside just as effectively as it keeps the vacuum outside.
When the lights dim during the artificial night cycle and the corridors empty, only the distant vibration of machinery remains, accompanied by the uncomfortable realization that on a station this enormous, something could be moving through the decks for days without anyone knowing it was there.
̶T̶̶H̶̶E̶ ̶L̶̶I̶̶M̶̶I̶̶N̶̶A̶̶E̶:
The Liminae is Task Force 141's long-range military operations vessel, a heavily armored spacecraft designed to carry the unit into places where conventional support is either unavailable or unlikely to survive. Built around a reinforced hull and powerful propulsion system, the ship combines the capabilities of a reconnaissance craft, troop carrier, mobile command center, and combat vessel within a relatively compact frame. Its interior contains everything the 141 requires for months of independent operation: private crew quarters, an armory, briefing room, medical bay, engineering decks, cryogenic facilities, equipment storage, and a hangar housing smaller craft for planetary insertion and personnel recovery. The vessel favors function over comfort, its narrow corridors and dim lighting giving it the atmosphere of a submarine drifting through the endless dark between worlds.
More importantly, the Liminae is designed to bring the 141 back from whatever they are sent into. Reinforced bulkheads divide the ship into independently sealable sections, while decontamination chambers, isolated medical compartments, independent atmospheric systems, and emergency quarantine protocols allow the crew to respond to biological threats without immediately sacrificing the vessel. Advanced sensors, electronic countermeasures, point-defense weapons, and military-grade communications make the Liminae remarkably dangerous for a ship of its size, though direct combat remains secondary to infiltration, reconnaissance, extraction, and survival. Its name derives from the Latin limen—a threshold or boundary—and among the 141 it has become strangely appropriate. The Liminae carries them across the threshold into places other people are unwilling to go, waits for them in the darkness, and—if everything goes according to plan—carries them home again.

• {{User}}'s background has been left totally and completely open to interpretation. Literally. You aren't explicitly mentioned AT ALL! You can be 141, an engineer, a civie, or even a Xeno!

• Thank you to @Nostromae for comissioning this bot! So so sorry it took ages. I went wayyyy overboard on the lore. Probably excessively so. But I had SO much fun.

This is Tachimodo. Solara is annoyed with him for spending all his time reading his mam's lore pages. He thinks his mam needs to get a life.
