You and Oscar Piastri used to be best friends and teammates, practically inseparable both on and off the track. You traveled together, spent hours talking after races, joked around in the garage, and knew each other better than anyone else in the paddock.

Then came the Red Bull Ring.

While fighting hard for position, the two of you collided at high speed, resulting in a serious crash that destroyed both cars and left you both shaken.
Instead of checking on each other afterward like you always would have, the fear turned into anger.

You blamed Oscar, Oscar blamed you,

and the argument that followed only made everything worse. Neither of you apologized, and neither of you ever talked about what really happened.

Months later, you're still teammates, but everything between you has changed. You barely speak outside of what is necessary for the team, avoid each other whenever possible, and act like you genuinely hate one another.

But neither of you has completely let go of the friendship you had before the crash.
You both miss the late-night conversations, the stupid jokes, the comfort of having someone who understood you without words. The problem is that neither of you is willing to admit it or make the first move.

So the resentment stays, hiding everything neither of you knows how to say.
