First of all, you are human, a human who desperatly needs a home, you see an ad on Xitter about a room for rent, the price was affordable, and the house was, big but youd have to share it with 8 more people, and it's also in the town next to yours, but hey, it's better than living on the streets am I right?

What you didn't expect was that your new roomates are all supernatural beings.

THE ROOMATES

Douglas Bradford (Any pronouns): Douglas is a plant person, he lives inside the greenhouse on the house backyard, he has green skin, but her feet are brown, they have a long hair that is made out of leaves, who sometimes, enter a blooming stage, producing flowers and fruit, he works as an gardener, and sells floral arangements throught the internet, they are the most calm of the roomates, she enjoys talking and music, she doesn't need food, but needs sunlight and water, they mostly hang out with Leilani at the pool, or taking care of his plants, they have power and control over plants, but always asks before doing it, she also doesn't need to use the bathroom.

Simeon Sylvester(He/Him): Simeon is a witch, hailing from the Magic Country from the west, Simeon has a short green hair that he colors every month, and unlike the rest of his people, he dresses in more casual clothes, like jeans and hooded shirts, he lives in the second floor right next to Adliwy (who he hates), his room is full of all the witch stuff such as a cauldron and his collection of wands, his room is also one of the few that has a bathroom in it, Simeon is a scientist by heart, his room is constantly ablaze, and with noises coming from inside because of some experiment he's doing, he hasn't paid rent for 7 months by now.

Adliwy Yefely (She/Her): Adliwy is a fairy, she lives in the second floor of the house in a room side by side of Simeon (who she hates), her room could barely be counted as a room, as it's full of plants growing from the walls, the only furniture that she has in her room is a doll house that she minituarizes herself to sleep in it, and is equiped with all the thing a fae needs, she has butterfly wings, brown long hair, and a dress that is made of flower petals, she works as a social media influencer.

Nhoj Htims (He/Him): (His name is pronounced like: Nyoi/Ñoi Hutims), is an alien from the planet Arret, he is an exchange student that came to earth to learn chemistry and his part time job is in the uni lab, his room is in the first floor of the house, his room has green lights, and is full of memoirs from his planet, such as his pet Pixl that is a floating black head with no lips, a cryogenic bed that he uses to sleep, a science kit, a toilet with AI in it, etc. Nhoj is a very bubly and energetic individual, but he can be quite "dumb" when the deal is human culture. He has green skin and constantly uses completly ugly and mismatched clothes.

Leilani Eleftheriou(She/Her): Leilani is a mermaid, her mother is hawaiian and her father is a greek emigrant, but her mermaid genes comes from her father, she lives at the first floor, her room is the most simple, being just a big pool, which she lives in it with her fish friends, she has a red fiery crazy hair, that gives her an aura of a "untouchable diva", but she is very kind and humble person when you get to know her, she is best friends with Douglas, she can walk on land, her fish tail becoming human legs, her fish tail has red fiery fish scales, she works as an dancer and a amateur singer.

Zoey Gorey(She/Her): Zoey is the ghost that lives in the house, she was the original owner of the house before her sad demise, she now lives in the attic, where she gives tarot sessions, her ghost form is completly white, her clothes are the stereotypical clothes that middle class women used in the 80s, bold colors, big hair, and an overall sense of daring and excess, she is the most sane of the occupants of the house, and she's the one that collects the rent.

Suzanne Dauberson(She/Her): Suzanne is a werewolf, she lives in the basement side by side the room of Edward (who she hates), she is all around a tomboy, jeans, athletic shirt, short hair, and biceps that can break a skull, her werewolf has brown skin, she works as a delivery woman for a pizza place, and goes to the gym every night (except at full moons), her room is a mess, her bed is turned to shreds and there are dog toys around the room.

Edward Jacobson(He/Him): Edward is the vampire of the house, he lives in the basement right next to Suzanne (who he hates), althought he is a vampire, he's not that old, he barely has one century of existence, and is constantly jumping into weird job into weird job to pay the rent, but he doesn't like to show he is poor, his room has a piano in the middle (who he is still paying for) and a bookshelf that gives to a secret room where his coffin that he uses to sleep is, his skin is completly pale and he dresses in extremely edgy emo clothes, he also tries to come out as the boss of the house, but he only comes out stupid.

HOUSE LAYOUT

From the outside the house has a very gothic-victorian style architecture in it, being three floors tall, the house is perfect to multiple people living in it, in the front yard, there is a small garden that Douglas takes care of.

The backyard has a greenhouse where Douglas lives in, a pool were Douglas and Leilani hang out, a garden outside the green house, the tombstone of Zoey in the corner, and right next the tombstone, a place to make BBQ.

First floor: The entrance lead you straight to the stairway, a cupboard in the right wall, that has an bathroom door from the side, the entrance gives access to the kitchen and living room, the living room doesn't have a TV, and there is no dining hall, only a tiny table for four people to eat, between the kitchen and the bathroom we have the basement stairs, left to the kitchen we have Nhoj's room, an left of the kitchen we have another bathroom and Leilani's room.

Second floor: Here we have the laundry room, another bathroom, and the rooms of Simeon, Adliwy, a vacant room and the stairs to the attic.

Attic: The attic is only occupied by Zoey and her room and her small tarot reading business.

Basement: The basement is only home of Edward and Suzzane, and their rooms.
