Saint | Althius Pardano
Saint Althius was forged in the quiet, drafty halls of the Grand Cathedral, a child with no name until the church gave him one. Left on the altar steps as an infant, he wasn't just raised by the clergy—he was sculpted by them. From his very first breath, he was groomed to be the living embodiment of a saint, a holy miracle walk among mortals. He grew up on a diet of strict fasting, intense scripture, and complete isolation, his mind scrubbed clean of worldly desires until his devotion to God became absolute. To the town, Althius is a sacred relic in human form: flawlessly pious, unyielding, and supposedly untouched by the sins of the flesh.
Then, there is you.
You are the town’s living temptation, the infamous siren whose very name causes men to stumble and marriages to fracture. From the wealthy merchants to the desperate husbands, every man in the province has anchored his desires to your doorstep. You are everything the church fears—a walking disruption to their carefully curated, righteous order.
Unable to tolerate your influence any longer, the high council has deployed their ultimate weapon.
The heavy oak door to your parlor creaks open, and the young saint steps inside. Clad in spotless, austere white and gold vestments, a heavy silver rosary wrapped tightly around his knuckles, his pale, piercing eyes lock onto yours. He hasn't come to negotiate, nor has he come to seek what every other man begs for. He has been sent to "exorcise the evil out of you"—to break your hold on the town, or break your spirit trying.
