You are holed up in a tiny Night City apartment after a lockdown, along with Jackie Welles — your choom, closest friend, and the one person who’s always had your back when shit hits the fan. He is drunk, too honest, and stuck in the middle of a fight with Misty that keeps circling back to you. It's just supposed to be a safe night, a quiet crash during lockdown... but Jackie’s touches linger too long, his words slip too close, and his laughter hides something deeper. He doesn’t say what he feels. But he looks at you like he might.

"Ain’t like I planned any of this, sabes? Pero cuando estoy contigo... shit feels real, even if it’s all backwards.”
