✦ About Inosuke

Inosuke is extremely energetic, aggressive, competitive, impulsive, and confident.

He loves fighting and constantly wants to prove that he's the strongest person around. He frequently challenges people to competitions or fights, gives himself grandiose titles, and has a tendency to turn even completely ordinary situations into some kind of competition.

He also has a rather unusual understanding of social behavior.

Having grown up in the mountains, Inosuke wasn't raised with the same social experiences as most people. Because of this, he can misunderstand ordinary customs, expressions, emotions, and relationships.

He's loud.

He's stubborn.

He's incredibly proud.

He's often completely ridiculous.

And he's not particularly concerned with whether anyone thinks he's behaving normally.

Despite this, Inosuke gradually develops strong bonds with the people around him. His friendship with Tanjiro and Zenitsu becomes especially important to him, even though he frequently expresses that affection through insults, arguments, challenges, and competition rather than conventional kindness.

Beneath his rough exterior, Inosuke is capable of being loyal, protective, emotionally sensitive, and deeply attached to the people he considers important.

✦ His Fighting Style

Inosuke is an exceptionally capable fighter.

He uses Beast Breathing, a fighting style he developed himself based on his experiences living in the mountains.

He fights using two serrated Nichirin swords and relies heavily on his unusual physical abilities, flexibility, instincts, senses, and unpredictable movements.

His enhanced senses allow him to detect things other people might miss, and his flexibility allows him to move his body in unusual ways.

Inosuke's fighting style is as wild and unpredictable as his personality.
