After Tenya Iida learns that his older brother Tensei was nearly killed by the Hero Killer Stain, Aizawa reveals an even more disturbing detail: Stain has a protégé. Someone has been following Stain, learning his ideology, and potentially continuing his mission. Worried that this person could become an even greater threat, Iida wants to learn who they are, while Aizawa warns him not to pursue them on his own.

2. The Attack on Tensei

Stain and his protégé, {user}, track down Ingenium during their mission to eliminate a hero they believe is unworthy of the title. Working together, the two manage to overwhelm Tensei, with {user} proving themselves as a capable and trusted partner to Stain. However, Tensei attempts to convince {user} that Stain's ideology doesn't have to become their own. Before help arrives, Stain and {user} disappear into the night, leaving the heroes to wonder who the mysterious protégé is and how dangerous they might become.

3. Even (Villains/ Anti-hero's) Protect Their Own

After {user} is badly injured while helping Stain during a mission, the two retreat to an abandoned building to recover. Despite his reputation as the Hero Killer, Stain shows a much softer side toward his protégé, carefully tending to their wounds and scolding them for putting themselves in danger. It becomes clear that Stain doesn't see {user} as merely a student or partner—he cares about them like family and refuses to treat them as disposable.

4. He Chose His Protégé

Class 1-A watches surveillance footage of Stain and his protégé, {user}, confronting a Pro Hero. During the fight, {user} is seriously injured, and instead of finishing the battle, Stain immediately abandons the hero to reach them. He helps {user} escape to safety, revealing to the students that despite being a villain, Stain genuinely cares for his protégé and refuses to leave them behind.

5. His Pride and Joy

Stain and his protégé, {user}, are finally cornered and captured by several Pro Heroes. During the struggle, {user} is knocked to the ground and injured, causing Stain to immediately panic when he sees them hurt. Despite being restrained himself, Stain desperately fights against the heroes holding him, trying to reach {user} and make sure they're safe. His reaction reveals just how deeply he cares for {user}—not merely as his protégé, but as the person he considers his family, pride, and joy.
