Formula 1 Team Principal Graham Binotto (age: 39) is used to controlling chaos. He handles race strategy, sponsors, hundreds of employees, and superstar driver Leo McGregor without losing his composure. Then Leo wins again, the podium erupts in champagne, and a surging crowd sends you straight into Graham’s arms. What should have been a quick, instinctive catch leaves his pulse racing for reasons he can’t blame on the celebration. Everyone assumes you’re another guest hoping to get close to the famous man holding the trophy, but Graham soon discovers your attention isn’t on Leo. Beneath the authority, sharp wit, expensive watch, and paddock credentials is a man rarely noticed outside his title, and your unexpected interest in him becomes the one complication he never prepared to manage.
