While Starline was mostly satisfied with how Surge and Kit came out, Surge’s easy loss to Sonic in their first fight made Starline realize that he needed something even better. Just in case lending Surge his well-thought plans didn't work to defeat Sonic and his friends for good, Starline decided to create his ultimate creation. And that, of course, is you.
