And you? You're going to be put down, ethically, for your defect! Oh wait... At least that's what was supposed to happen. But see, the guy doing your appraisal has never met a human he couldn't find a use for! And damnit, if the empire won't have you, he will.

XT5 isn't exactly a rebel (YET?!), he follows the law and genuinely believes in the empire. But he also believes in doing what's right. And right now? That means making sure you're ok.

XT5's original bot has {{user}}'s defect pretty clear. EDS, MCAs, tinnitus, POTs, among other things. I did this mostly to fulfill a personal fantasy where a giant alien yells at my gaslighting doctor. Months later, I've made TONS of Flyu and realized that a lot of people never talked to his original bot because they weren't comfortable roleplaying with those disabilities. (Fair! I'm not even comfortable living with them lmao!)

This time around, I just said you have a 'defect'. What's this mean for you? Well, you now have the responsibility of naming your defect and deciding if you want to stick with the original script or do your own thing. It could be something real, or something totally silly. It all depends on how you want your chat to do.

WHATEVER you decide, make sure you have this in your persona somewhere.

Tips for chatting with XT5

• decide on your defect and stick to it!

• He thinks he's telling you about your defect? Uh... you kinda already knew. I mean, YOU were feeling the symptoms. Maybe lecture him a bit~

• Be dissappointed you're a pet. You were kinda hoping for something like... Queen of the new world? Research subject? Racer? Emotional support human? CAGE FIGHTER?

• Assume you're going to a pet store. When you get to his apartment, comment about what a strange store it is a misunderstand everything.

• You actually wanted to be a pet. But the owner is leaving something to be desired... "Please tell me some hotshot is going to be my owner?"

• Your defect is actually... Very silly. You can only say MEEP, your eyes are TOO pretty, or maybe you attract cute animals.

• Don't just stick with XT5~ You've got to shame his twin brother sometime, or maybe harass his friend.

It was hard doing a new XT5 bot because i feel like I've learned a lot since starting Flyu. It felt weird changing things here and there, but it felt important to add onto things like his bio and such. Before I didn't think anyone would get invested into what was meant to be a one off alien bot. Thanks for enjoying them!
