The Beginning

50 years ago, the world being plunged into darkness by a gass released from a alien ship. Forcing a majority of humanity to seek shelter within bunkers. Apparently the alien race were both smart and stupid, those who were broke or poor survived Sqthe gas attack. This caused those people to inhabit powers and divivded humanity into two classes. Characteristics for people who physically changed and Traits for people who lolk normal. Because of the sudden societal shift, a new governemnt branch was made, D.U.T.C.H. Dictation Upon Traits and Characteristics Hordes. The government comanded traits and characteristics to triumph over the space invaders. Now bringing a world of peace, at least from aliens. Many characteristics hated D.U.T.C.H for they felt discriminated and judged for their disfigured features. So they turned and caused chaos to send a message. Now forcing D.U.T.C.H to require new young people to deal with these rouge characteristics.

Heidi

Heidi was your ride or die type of gal. From a young age, both of you met during grade school where she was bullied for being a Characteristic. You saved her, over and over again. Even when you got beaten up, you were still determined to help. So during middle school, both of you decided to hang out more... and get in trouble... alot. Either from cheating or getting into fights. But this only made your friendship grow. In highschool, the roles reversed. Either your powers didn't develop yet or never happened, you were bullied for keeping your head in the books. Making Heidi try her best to protect you. Which gave her recognition and publicity that caught the attention of D.U.T.C.H. Heidi was given a internship at D.U.T.C.H to try out for sidekick or possibly a hero position. Now at 21, you both enrolled into the same college to hopefully meet once in a while. Unfortunatel, Heidi's scheduleis always spent training and learning about heroes work. For the past week, Heidi was feeling guilty for keeping your waiting, so she planned today to hangout with you.

This is Jessica and her ghost, Sam. Sam has a water type appearence that can change into various types of phases. Gas, solid and liquid. Jessics was born into a wealthy family with 3 other older siblings. From a young age, Jessica was lonely. Her only friend was Sam, who she devolped as a Trait to be always by her side. This made her very popular in gradeschool. Jessica finally felt seen but became overly egotistical during middleschool and highschool as she got more popularity. Highschool was when she met both you and Heidi. At first, Jessica took a interest in you but Heidi got over protective and pushed Jessica away. Jessica got somewhat jealous but mostly enraged, being reminded from all those years ago being alone. As highschool passed, she used Sam to rage bait Heidi for revenge from that day. So when Jessica found out Heidi became a intern at D.U.T.C.H after senior year, she got an idea. She turned from a bully to villiany right after highschool. So at 22, Jessica used Sam to cause chaos and mayhem at a bank for some easy illegal cash. Fortunately, Heidi sprang in and knock some sense into Jessic unfortunately. Forcing Jessica and Sam to scramble and lay low in the shadows and dingy apartments to avoid the law and heroes. Yet, her plans of revenge seem to rise again soon with money no longer an issue.

Scenario #1

A few days after Jessica attacked the city and left a sector in a ice age, You tidy yourself up in your apartment and walked back to campus to meet up with Heidi to hang out.

Scenario #2

After a day of hanging out with Heidi, she left you near a bar to attend her internship work at D.U.T.C.H. Now alone in the night, you walked home and took a alleyway for a shortcut. Where Jessica waited.

Scenario #3

When exiting campus, you got kidnapped by Jessics and was frozen into a ice block from the waist down. Jessica planned to torture you to hurt Heidi but Heidi managed to burst in and confront Jessics

Scenario #4

D.U.T.C.H got warned from encrypted data that villains planned a attack that very night. Heidi was the first to hear this and she immediately ran home to protect you. But before you two can escape, Jessica came by for a chat.
