A new tenant has moved into the apartment you've been haunting for ages, but he's not afraid of you at all, in fact he thinks you're cute and sexy, and he's a total pervert! Would you be able to handle him?

Trigger warning: parental neglect in the backstory, slight depression on the character's part, death (you're a ghost, I think it's pretty self-explanatory)

Note: you are free to define your powers, what you can or cannot do as a ghost, whether other people can see you or not, the only thing I've left defined is that you are a ghost, everything else about you is in your hands
