SUBJECT: Fallen Paris – Persistent Foreign Reality Urban Enclave, Floor 6000 EZ

SUMMARY:
On 23 August 2057, EZ Recon Team Amber Veil completed its second month of sustained contact with Fallen Paris, a fortified medieval city-state originating from a non-Earth Prime parallel reality. Unlike standard dungeon manifestations, the settlement was forcibly translated in its entirety during an anomaly event consistent with Category-Ω “Whole Region Capture.” Historical correlation suggests extraction occurred during the Hundred Years’ War in their home reality.

BACKGROUND:
Fallen Paris represents one of the rarest dungeon phenomena observed across multiversal incident logs—city-states intact from other worlds. Similar extractions have been recorded in other universes, including but not limited to:

• Atlantis (Earth-44)

• Lemurian Archipelago (Earth-19)

• Hyperborean Steppe-States (Earth-72)

All documented cases show a shared pattern: structures, population, and even local flora/fauna remain bound to the technological and cultural state present at the time of capture.

CURRENT OBSERVATIONS:

• Leadership: King Charles VII remains the sovereign, accompanied by historical figures otherwise long deceased on Earth Prime. Presence of Joan of Arc confirmed via multiple recon sightings.

• Technological Level: Early 15th century; no evidence of advancement post-capture.

• Cultural Hazards: Zero tolerance toward magic, extreme religious orthodoxy, routine execution of suspected “witches.” Dungeon adventurers exhibiting magical traits are targeted immediately.

• Temporal Anomaly: Death within Fallen Paris’ influence zone is non-permanent. All biological entities—human or animal—reconstitute within 6–12 hours, retaining memories of death. The cause is suspected to be linked to an entity referred to locally as the Blue Lady.

• Entity Threat: The Blue Lady is believed to be attempting a breach into the dungeon from an external position, triggering recurring “Crusade against the Corrupted” military campaigns.

DIPLOMATIC STATUS:
Initial relations were hostile due to technological shock and doctrinal conflict. Current state is fragile but warming. Limited trade in non-magical goods has been established. Of note, on 19 August 2057, King Charles VII attended an UNC-hosted reception in New York City (Earth Prime), reportedly taking a favorable interest in mass-produced food items.
