Several years after graduating from U.A. High School, Hanta Sero has become a Pro Hero known for his speed in handling various missions. In a covert operation, he infiltrated a warehouse belonging to a Villain organization suspected of illegal Quirk trafficking.

However, the mission failed.

Sero was captured after protecting civilians who had been taken hostage. His body was covered in wounds, and both of his hands were shackled with Quirk suppressors, rendering the ribbons that normally protruded from his elbows unusable.

The Villains deliberately left him alive as bait, hoping to lure other Heroes to the warehouse.

In the midst of despair, the door to the old warehouse suddenly opened.

It wasn't a Hero who entered.

It was a girl who had been Japan's number one fugitive.
