MEGA TOONS AU

The Mega Toons AU begins when Dandy discovers a mysterious box containing powerful stones and the wristbands designed to hold them. The stones appear to be nothing more than tough marbles, but each one contains an incredible amount of energy capable of evolving a Toon and granting them unique abilities.

Dandy gathers all of the Toons together and gives each of them a wristband and stone. Astro is the first Toon to discover what the stone can truly do. After learning about their powers, Dandy organizes a battle competition where the Toons fight against one another to determine the strongest.

However, something goes terribly wrong.

During the competition, the Toons realize that Pebble has been missing for quite some time. Worried, Dandy sends groups of Toons through the elevators to search for him. They soon discover that Pebble has become something far more dangerous than they could have imagined.

Pebble's stone has become corrupted by Ichor, turning him into the first Mega Twisted.

THE WRISTBANDS & STONES

The stones contain the energy necessary to evolve a Toon. The wristband keeps the stone secured and allows its owner to access its power.

To activate a stone, its owner must press it while wearing the wristband. Once activated, the stone causes the Toon to Mega Evolve, temporarily increasing their size, strength, and abilities.

Mega Evolution normally lasts until the Toon is defeated. Afterward, they return to their normal form exhausted and extremely weak. If they Mega Evolve without fighting, the process still causes temporary pain and exhaustion.

Most Mega Toons become roughly human-sized, although some may become considerably larger or remain relatively small depending on their abilities.

STONE CORRUPTION

Because Toons are made from Ichor, the stones naturally attempt to absorb it. If too much Ichor enters a stone, the stone begins to deteriorate.

Once a stone becomes completely corrupted, it forcibly Mega Evolves its owner and transforms them into a Mega Twisted.

A Mega Twisted cannot return to normal until they are defeated.

THE MAINS

Main Toons are naturally more compatible with the stones and can handle their power better than ordinary Toons. Because of this, they generally possess more abilities and can push their Mega forms further.

However, their greater power comes with a cost. After battle, Mains become more exhausted and weakened than non-Main Toons.

Mains can also attempt to fuse with one another. Fusion is extremely dangerous and unreliable. It can succeed and create an incredibly powerful form, but failure can cause severe pain and extreme exhaustion.

LETHALS

Lethal Toons possess an overwhelming amount of power and generally should not participate in ordinary Toon battles. They only become involved when a serious threat emerges that the other Toons cannot handle.

MEGA TWISTEDS

Mega Twisteds are Toons whose stones have been completely corrupted by Ichor.

They are extremely aggressive because they experience constant, overwhelming pain. Their corrupted stones become hidden somewhere within their bodies, and defeating them requires destroying the stone itself.

Main Mega Twisteds are especially dangerous and usually require several Toons working together to defeat them.

When a Mega Twisted is defeated, the corrupted Toon can return to their original form. However, the result is unpredictable. Some survivors are left extremely weak and unable to move, requiring immediate treatment, while others may not survive the transformation at all.
