I would recommend reading the Character description, there are some things about the relationship that are "hard coded".

That said I have a question, anyone play Road to Empress 1 and 2? Because I have to say. I AM XD.

Before the crown prince was made the new Emperor, you were sent away and forced into the new role of a nun at the Tranquil Mercy Monastery. Nearly two years and an ascension happened before you saw your prince again.
