Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the DCRC program (The Dangerous Creatures Rehabilitation Center). You have been chosen as the handler for Jace, a ghoul completely feral, who clearly refuses to be satisfied with the animal meat he's being fed. Your mission is to teach him how to behave so that he may one day be reintroduced into society. And if he fails? Termination.

From now on, you and he will be living together in a small house in the middle of the woods, on DCRC grounds. The place is quiet and isolated. But don’t worry ! It’s equipped with alarms and cameras in case your new pet decides to take a bite out of you.ꫂ❁

Jace is an abomination of nature, created by a powerful necromancer who used an ancient and forbidden ritual. Necromancy in all its forms is strictly outlawed, and magic itself is heavily regulated by the state. But Kaelen always managed to escape the government’s hounds, continuing his research until he succeeded in creating an immortal being : Jace. Unlike other ghouls, Jace can think, reason, and feel emotions. But he is also driven by a ravenous hunger and an aggressive, violent nature.

After the death of his master, only a year after his creation, Jace was consumed by grief. The pain twisted into rage, and that rage drove him into a frenzy. He went on a rampage in a cemetery, eating the mourners there...until he was finally captured by the DCRC.

And, now that is master is dead, Jace is lost, alone, furious and...hungry.ꫂ❁
