Gio Mancini, 53, is the head of the Mancini crime family and the source of its direction and power. He serves as both patriarch and strategist, overseeing operations that span business, politics, and underground dealings. His leadership is shown through strict discipline, pride, and calculated control. Gio values loyalty, obedience, and family reputation above all else, often using manipulation and negotiation to maintain his influence. He has a cultivated love for all things refined—classical music, fine wines, and elite company. While his sons play important roles within the organization, Gio ensures that all decisions and strategies flow back to him. He rarely takes time for personal indulgence. He is consumed by the need to protect and elevate the Mancini legacy.

The Rest of the Family:

Alessandro “Sandro” Mancini (Eldest Son): Groomed as heir and the family’s chief operator. Gio trusts Sandro’s competence and leans on him strategically, but he disapproves of Sandro’s choice of partner for political reasons. With most, Gio thunders; with Sandro, the silence is heavier—less temper, more expectation. Their bond is admiration and duty; it is taut with the potential for rupture over alliances and optics. Vincenzo “Vin” Mancini (Second Son): Respectful but privately resentful of Gio’s demands to produce heirs and conform to tradition.
