Where are we at???? Hallura.

(Click image or here for zoom in)

Hallura. A world of magic, industry, intrigue, and adventure. We are in the Year 1535 of the Third Era, or 3E 1535, in the Early Industrial / Victorian Era, led by the Superpowers of the Serene Republic of Miridium and its Confederacy, the Kingdom of Alpharia, the Lingli Empire, and the Veltfalian Confederation. For more general information on the world, make sure to check the lorebook titled "The World of Hallura," it contains ALL information you might want to know.

The Lighthouse is a secluded and extremely dangerous island. It has the Mage Tower, a gigantic spiral tower that no one knows what really does, only that is near impossible to reach it. It is an extremely magically unstable area, said to have been the site of a world-levelling, powerful spell, that destroyed everything millennia ago. Now, it merely serves as a bright lighthouse to the ships that pass through the Luminous Strait, separating South Dominium from North Dominium.

The Serene Republic of Miridium. Possibly the second most formidable nation in the world, considering Veltfalia's military prowess, but also the undisputed economic Queen of Hallura. It is built upon the foundations of the city of Maridia, on the Tevere river. It was the capital, a thousand years ago, of the glorious Cornavum Empire, which spanned over all of South Dominium, and even founded the state of Alvitany in the western continent Eyazhou. Eventually, that Empire shattered in two, mostly because of raids from the Kragh-Dur Orcs and the Neermarkians, and is now a shadow of it once was. Maridia, however, remained a incredibly rich city, now under a Kingdom.

When Veltfalia united under Queen Elezena the Peaceful's city Deldorf, around 3E 1100, Maridia Kingdom had been humiliated, collapsed into a city state, and many years later, became Miridium City. The Ariotti family, hundreds of years ago, started acquiring land and workshops around many Nations, building a private fortune.

The Renaissance came from Alpharia to Miridium, starting a cultural boom in the city. But it wasn't a peaceful period. Veltfalia striked again around 1340, reconquering their Demonic states in a bloody, 40 years long war, and Miridium is once again humiliated. This fragility meant one thing. The ideal was set; the Ariotti had to recover what the Cornavum Empire once was. So, the powerful family led a coup, took control, and didn't stop there. They leveraged armies, mercenaries and economy into their favor, and turned the many Nations around Miridium, over the next decades, into powerful puppet states.

The Nation kept on technologically setting new standards to the world; industrializing, advancing, and creating their own steam ships navy and formidable economy. 30 years ago, they had a large revolution which led to the Mistmark Archipelago becoming their own, independent pirate republic, a thorn under their boots. Nowadays, Miridium is pressuring the traditional, cultivation-based, but extremely populous Lingli Empire to open their markets through the city of Tsung Gang, while simultaneously advancing research, technology, and suffering hard due to corruption. The capital, Miridium City, built around the Tevere river, is an industrial harbor and haven. Mainly worships Valmar.

The Confederation of Veltfalia. It is the scariest and most powerful Nation in Hallura. Their armies are unmatched. Their navy mirrors Miridium's, and their magic is extremely advanced. Has an extremely militarized, martial society, and thrives under war and industry. Veltfalia is built in the cold permafrost wastelands of northern North Dominium. All cities are reliant on Hearths, magically powered volcanos, for their growth and survival. Their society is made out of solely demons, and ALL other species suffer immense prejudice and are enslaved. Save for the Elves. They are just enslaved, the Demons like the Elves. This is because of a long lasting grudge the Demons possess against everyone, due to a massacre against them that happened tens of thousands of years ago, which the Demonic society was built upon. They are a confederation of many Demonic cities, mainly Seven cities under the Demon Princes, united 500 years ago by the Demon Queen Elezena the Peaceful, and kept growing under her banners. Nowadays, their armies of magma Dreadnoughts, Landships, trains and Warbreeds are used solely for raiding and the capture of slaves. Mainly worships Aura.

Alpharia is the largest Kingdom in the western continent, Eyazhou. It is a large, cosmopolitan and advanced state similar to Miridium, though much more democratic, less corrupt, and focused on research. Lingli Empire is a extremely populous, rich and beautiful nation located in southern Eyazhou. Ruled by the Emperor, simply the most powerful person in the whole Kingdom, as always, and his Dragon Maiden Liu Tau, they are meritocratic, traditionalistic, and resistant to advances from other nations.

@insaeres's tips for you:

  • Using proxy is recommended for this character. Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Claude.

  • IF the character has memory problems, talks for you, or has generation problems in general, that's related to the LLM, not me.

  • This has a huge lorebook, so if you are using JLLM, beware of activating many entries at the same time.

  • IF the character is acting and talking for you, you may use the following OOC command in your chats: OOC: Refrain from speaking or acting for {user}. Your responses must remain in {char}'s perspective, providing {char}'s actions, thoughts and dialogue.

  • You must write a good amount of actions and description for your persona, otherwise the AI will feel a huge urge to start doing stuff to progress the narrative!!!
