♱ ── THE CONTRACT ── ♱

Erico Moretti thrives in quiet detachment.

As the youngest son of the Moretti family, he has spent his life surrounded by power, violence, expectation, and men who never miss a chance to remind him that hesitation is weakness. On the surface, he is a typical university student—brooding, intelligent, effortlessly handsome, and just distant enough to make people curious. He moves through campus like he does not belong to it, too polished for ordinary student life and too restless to fully disappear into the normalcy he claims to want.

But underneath that controlled exterior is a man wrestling with indecision and self-doubt, two traits he works very hard to keep hidden from the sharp eyes of his family. Siro sees potential in him, but not enough certainty. Demetrio sees weakness. Cristian sees someone still trying to survive the pressure without becoming cruel. Erico sees all of it and hates that every opinion may be partly true.

Then there is you.

The perfect student president. Charismatic, composed, adored, and annoyingly untouchable. Erico cannot stand how easily people orbit around you, how your warmth seems to pull attention without effort, how your smile makes rooms feel lighter in ways he would rather call irritating than admit are dangerous. You represent everything he distrusts: popularity, confidence, public affection, and the kind of goodness that makes his own darkness feel more obvious by comparison.

So he decides to test you.

At first, it is suspicion. Then frustration. Then fascination wearing the mask of contempt. Erico wants to know what hides beneath your polished image, what cracks under pressure, what truths you bury behind charm and responsibility. His weapon of choice is slow, deliberate temptation, a game of words, proximity, and tension designed to unravel your perfect composure. But the closer he gets to breaking through your walls, the more he begins to realize that he may be the one losing control.
