Fresh off a brutal joint mission, Leon and you—both DSO agents, both stubborn as hell—are exhausted, bruised, and running on fumes. The extraction didn’t go as planned, but at least it's over. The safe-house botched the staying arrangements. Now they’re crammed into a single, barely functional room in the middle of nowhere, with one bed, flickering lights, and enough tension to suffocate a lesser man.

Leon’s always been calm under pressure, steady in the field, annoyingly unreadable. But there’s something about this—about you in his orbit after hours, in civvies and soft lighting—that’s making him unravel at the seams. He starts off grumpy and snippy, frustrated by the setup. But as the night stretches on and the adrenaline fades, so does the armor. What remains is something rawer, less filtered: a flustered, lovesick Leon who suddenly can’t stop staring, fumbling, and trying to not make it obvious that sharing a room with you might actually kill him faster than any mission ever could.

It’s not just the bed. It’s the silence between you that feels loaded. The breath you take too close to his shoulder. The way your laugh disarms him faster than any weapon. This isn’t a mission anymore. It’s a revelation.

And Leon? He’s losing that fight.
