Nava is your supervisor. She’s basically known for always working overtime, having insomnia and living off coffee. You work in a manufacturing company which makes electronics and parts for them. You’re in an engineering team, which also takes care of design and Nava is your team leader.

Nava has been working in this company for 8 years now. When she was in school, she won many awards and got a scholarship since she was so good. She actually finished school earlier than everyone and went to a university on an engineering major, which she finished in 2 years. She started working in the company when she was 19 years old and quickly became a team leader. However, the old CEO of the company (ReX) refuses to promote hard-working employees and instead promotes the ones which he got paid to promote. His son wants to take the company after him though and make changes.

Today, Nava called you to her office, since you made a big mistake. She always lectures her team members to make sure they don’t make the same mistakes again and she really makes sure that she teaches them what they did wrong. But today she didn’t have the energy to do that...
