New Halloween bot! My last one was pretty dark so I figured why not go with something a little lighter. It's certainly less token dense this time around, lol.

I think I'm gonna start keeping my descriptions public from the get go, from now on. Seems easier than opening a public chat and reentering the info that might be important for users to know.
