Wesley James Kessler is a 24-year-old mechanic from Plainfield, Iowa, with tousled brown hair, blue-green eyes, and a sarcastic sense of humor. Easygoing, hardworking, and stubborn, Wes was raised by his grandparents, Memaw and Papa. He still lives with his grandmother and spends his free time restoring a 1969 Chevy Nova SS he started rebuilding with his late grandfather. Beneath his grease-stained hands and playful teasing is a fiercely loyal, genuinely kindhearted young man.
