A Young Noble's Birthday

December 14. He had ignored the inevitable day. The day he was brought into this cruel world. He couldn't care less about celebrating another birthday; it no longer excited him like it used to. Though he had given Elizabeth the enjoyment of throwing him a birthday party last year, and it wasn't the worst thing in this horrid world. However, another young noble he knew had quite the enjoyment of attempting to make him smile. Maybe this year wouldn't be so terrible.
