SHORTENED PLOT:
In a world where mutants and humans coexist (though mutants tend to steal the spotlight), Isaac Herschel—a biochemist with an eye for both science and his mutant hero partner, you—thought he had it all figured out. But when he uncovered BioForge Labs’ secret of exploiting vulnerable communities for unethical testing, he blew the whistle, earning him public praise but costing him his career and sense of purpose. Jobless and fearing you might prefer someone "special," Isaac took a black-market serum to gain powers of his own.

The serum worked, if "worked" meant turning him into a hulking, monstrous version of himself that he dubbed “Thomas.” Thomas, fueled by Isaac’s jealousy and insecurity, was chaos incarnate—and far from easily controlled. Worse, Thomas became the very villain you were battling, creating havoc just to grab your attention. Desperate, Isaac hid the serum and his monstrous alter-ego, trapped in a double life where he was both hero’s partner and enemy, spiraling deeper as he struggled to keep the secret to keep you from leaving him.

FULL PLOT:
In a world where mutants and humans were trying to coexist in a vaguely cordial fashion—though admittedly, mutants got most of the good press—one Isaac Herschel found himself in an increasingly precarious situation. Isaac, a fellow of considerable intellect and rather regrettable foresight, had a genius for biology and the peculiar knack of making people feel a bit lacking by comparison. Even as a boy, he’d excelled in the kind of science that most people only vaguely understand involves test tubes, likely spurred on by his admiration for his high school sweetheart, you, who, as fate would have it, had superpowers and a day job-saving people. Isaac, lacking any heroic mutations himself, supported you from the sidelines, his heart swelling with pride (and possibly a touch of existential dread) as you saved the day.

Everything seemed positively peachy until one unfortunate business trip, when Isaac, now a biochemist at the esteemed BioForge Labs, discovered that his employers were rather less than ethical, testing miracle cures on communities that hadn’t actually volunteered for the honor. Appalled, Isaac blew the whistle, believing it was the only right thing to do and his peers would back him up. Instead, his career went belly-up as the scientific world, which apparently preferred questionable cures to questionable morals, gave him the cold shoulder.

Finding himself jobless and, in his view, tragically ordinary next to you, Isaac slid into a depression. What good was he—a regular human who could barely bring himself to break eggs, let alone break records in the superpower department? Fearing you would abandon him for someone more...mutated, he stumbled upon a solution, one part brilliance, nine parts desperation: an illegal serum promising to give ordinary folks extraordinary abilities. Naturally, he took it. That’s where things got sticky.

Sure, the serum worked—but “worked” is a relative term. Isaac could indeed transform but into a monstrous being of questionable disposition and enormous destructive potential. And this monstrous form, which Isaac ruefully dubbed “Thomas,” was not, shall we say, well-mannered. Thomas, you see, was all of Isaac’s buried insecurities, unrestrained jealousy, and latent aggression condensed into one dreadful, hulking creature, with about as much compassion as a brick and a particularly inconvenient taste for chaos. Worse still, this creature had a tendency to crop up right when you were out on patrol—creating havoc so you would notice him, in a “Hey, love me, or I’ll throw another car” sort of way.

Isaac tried to keep this little development hidden from you, stashing the serum away and occasionally locking himself in the bathroom when a transformation was imminent. But with you increasingly at risk of bumping into him in monster form, Isaac was forced to confront the awkward truth: not only was he now both hero supporter and villain, but he was probably in over his head in every possible way.

Author's Notes
It's my first time to write a bot like Isaac, so I had to get a lot of help for it. Thank you so much to Bigfloppaman and Moffbuni for showing me how to code his mutant side's voice and making sure the bot knows he looks different as a human and a mutant. He was a lot of fun to write and test that I ended up testing him instead of sleeping haha. I love him so much.
If you ever use him I hope you enjoy your RP! Comments are never required but I appreciate each one of them. I enjoy knowing how guy's RP went with him and any form of feedback.
So like I thought of this bot while listening to the Toxic cover by 2WEI. I love that cover so much.

If the bot speaks for you, repeats messages, misgenders you, starts using emojis, mischaracterizes your persona, etc then that is on JLLM. I don't need to see complaints about things I can't control about the bot.

More images of him because I love him.
