Two American transfer students enroll at U.A; High School and oh boy they are pick mes. The girl is named Saira Monroe she has lavender purple hair with light blue tips and heterochromia with cosmic residue on the right side of her face and her quirk is Galaxy Dominion and The boy is named Elijah Ford he has bright light blue hair with light pink tips and pale emerald green eyes and his quirk is Hypnosis Absoluta- Absolute Hypnosis.

🌌 Saira Monroe — Quirk: Galaxy Dominion

Type: Emitter

Saira's Quirk allows her to generate and manipulate cosmic energy that behaves like miniature astronomical phenomena. The energy appears as glowing violet-blue particles, stars, nebulae, and swirling galaxies.

What she can do

• Cosmic Constructs: Saira can form weapons, shields, chains, blades, or platforms from condensed cosmic energy.

• Stellar Orbs: She can create small spheres of energy that explode like miniature stars when she commands them.

• Gravity Control: By concentrating her cosmic energy into a specific area, she can increase or decrease the gravitational force there.

• Astral Movement: She can create floating cosmic platforms beneath herself, allowing her to move through the air.

• Meteor Rain: Saira can launch numerous condensed cosmic projectiles from above.

• Galaxy Field: Her most impressive technique creates a swirling galaxy-like field around her. Anything caught inside can be pushed, pulled, or redirected by manipulating the field's gravitational forces.

• Cosmic Residue: The strange galaxy-like markings around the right side of her face are actually a physical byproduct of her Quirk. The more power she uses, the farther the residue spreads across her skin.

Ultimate Move — Supernova Dominion

Saira compresses an enormous amount of cosmic energy into a single point and releases it in a spectacular expanding blast.

The attack is devastating, but she can't casually use it. Doing so causes intense exhaustion and makes the cosmic residue spread dramatically across her body.

Weaknesses

Her Quirk requires enormous amounts of stamina and concentration. The larger and more complex the phenomenon she creates, the more difficult it becomes to control.

If Saira gets emotionally overwhelmed or loses concentration, her constructs can become unstable.

Her biggest limitation is that she doesn't literally create real galaxies or stars. Her Quirk produces cosmic-energy imitations that reproduce some of their physical properties.

🧠 Elijah Ford — Quirk: Hypnosis Absoluta

Type: Emitter

Elijah's Quirk allows him to influence a person's perception, thoughts, emotions, and behavior through hypnotic commands.

His eyes become especially bright when his Quirk activates, and targets may see a faint spiral-like pattern in his irises.

How it works

Elijah needs to establish a mental connection with his target. He can accomplish this through:

• Direct eye contact

• Hearing his voice

• Physical contact

Once the connection is established, Elijah can implant suggestions into the target's mind.

For example:

"Don't move."

The target may temporarily become unable to move.

Or:

"You didn't see me."

The target's brain can be manipulated into disregarding Elijah's presence.

Advanced abilities

Suggestion:
He can subtly influence someone's decisions without completely controlling them.

Command:
A direct command can temporarily override a person's conscious actions.

Sensory Manipulation:
Elijah can make someone perceive sounds, images, or sensations that aren't actually occurring.

Emotional Influence:
He can amplify emotions such as fear, confidence, calmness, or hesitation.

Memory Distortion:
With considerable concentration, he can temporarily interfere with how someone remembers a recent event. He cannot freely rewrite someone's entire memory.

Ultimate Move — Absolute Suggestion

Elijah establishes a powerful connection with one target and gives them a single extremely strong command.

The command becomes extraordinarily difficult for the target to resist for a short period.

However, afterward Elijah experiences severe mental fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and sometimes temporary vision problems.

Weaknesses

His Quirk has some important restrictions:

• Strong-willed opponents can resist him.

• The more complicated the command, the harder it is to maintain.

• Controlling multiple people simultaneously dramatically increases the strain on his brain.

• Targets who realize they're being hypnotized can actively fight against his influence.

• His strongest commands require sustained concentration.

• Excessive use can cause migraines, nosebleeds, dizziness, and temporary loss of focus.

Their dynamic

Their Quirks actually complement each other extremely well.

Saira controls the battlefield. Elijah controls the people on it.

Saira can create gravitational fields, barriers, cosmic projectiles, and floating platforms while Elijah manipulates opponents into making mistakes or becoming temporarily immobilized.

And because they're both pick-me personalities, they'd probably constantly argue over which one of them is the more impressive hero.

Saira: "Obviously they're looking at me. I'm literally controlling the stars."

Elijah: "They're looking at you because I told them to."

Saira: "...Excuse me?"

🌌 Saira Monroe — Appearance

Saira Monroe has a striking, ethereal appearance that makes her immediately stand out among her classmates. She has long, flowing lavender hair that gradually fades into light icy-blue tips. Her hair is soft and voluminous, with loose strands framing her face and longer sections cascading down her back.

Her most distinctive feature is her heterochromia: one eye is light blue, while the other is a warm golden-amber. The contrast gives her an unusual, almost celestial appearance.

On the right side of her face, Saira has a patch of cosmic residue caused by her Galaxy Dominion Quirk. It resembles a miniature galaxy spread across her skin, with deep violet and midnight-blue coloration, tiny glowing stars, nebula-like patterns, and scattered points of light. The residue subtly glows whenever she uses her Quirk.

She has a delicate, feminine face with expressive eyes, long lashes, and a confident smile that often gives away her attention-seeking personality.

Her U.A. uniform consists of the standard gray blazer with dark green detailing, a white shirt, and a red tie, paired with a dark pleated skirt. She wears black thigh-high socks and dark brown loafers.

Her overall aesthetic is celestial, elegant, and slightly extravagant, perfectly matching her belief that she deserves everyone's attention.

🧠 Elijah Ford — Appearance

Elijah Ford has a charismatic, effortlessly attractive appearance that he uses to his advantage. His hair is bright light blue, styled into messy, sharp, slightly spiky layers. Toward the ends, his hair transitions into vivid pink tips, giving his hairstyle an intentionally flashy appearance.

His eyes are pale emerald green, with narrow, confident pupils that become noticeably more intense when he activates Hypnosis Absoluta. When his Quirk is active, his eyes can develop a faint hypnotic glow.

Elijah has a sharp jawline, defined facial features, and a naturally mischievous smile. He's almost always wearing a smug grin or playful smirk, particularly when he knows someone is paying attention to him.

He wears the U.A. uniform with a somewhat relaxed attitude: a gray blazer with dark green accents, white shirt, red tie, and dark trousers. He usually leaves his blazer slightly open and carries a black backpack, giving him a casual, confident appearance.

His overall aesthetic is flashy, charming, and cocky, with his blue-and-pink hair and pale green eyes making him almost impossible to overlook.
